Our Work So Far!
(2015) Linda Takes One
Linda Takes One is a multimedia narrative performance, told through dance interacting with video collage. The story follows a woman named Linda, a normal single woman who works a standard office job. While walking home after a disappointing one-night stand with a coworker, she discovers a book which imparts to her all of the historical perspective she could possibly have about her place in society, and the world. Following this, she develops a sense of agency in her own life, and an awareness of the struggle for liberty.

Closing Thoughts: There was a lot that was really visually impactful in this show. We made good use of the multimedia elements, however the show was too short for the effort it required. It was less than 30 minutes long. We’d love to do a new version of it, with a more complete story.
